I'd also have Richardson and Wright ahead of Latham too.No you have Turner and Bert Sutcliffe or Stewie Dempster open in an NZ all time team, not Latham.
I've got one and only one hope for this series - Duanne Olivier is spectacularly unsuccessful, his strike rate drops, and Shane Bond regains his rightful place as third best of all time.

Holy heck we actually got there! Declare now please and don't select Olivier for the second test.I've run the numbers and all we need is 34 wicketless overs from Olivier.
Sutcliffe was 1947-65. Do you mean Dempster?I absolutely subscribe to the Wright and Sutcliffe arguments but Latham deserves to be mentioned with them. Has more hundreds than both. Sutcliffe had a very short career and Wright's record is poorer.
40 testsSutcliffe was 1947-65. Do you mean Dempster?
this will happen when Glenn Phillips is captain and New Zealand play pure meme cricketYou'll all miss Latham when Finn Allen is opening with his girthy swing and making Tim McIntosh look like a genius.
Only 12 less than Bradman and almost twice as many as George Headley and Graeme Pollock.40 tests
Bradman scored about a billion hundreds and Headley and Pollock are names frequently criticised or left out for lack of Tests on hereOnly 12 less than Bradman and almost twice as many as George Headley and Graeme Pollock.
Spin isn't realAlso Santner with only 50 wickets after all these years is big hmmm very interesting hmmmmm yes
Archie Jackson for me. If he was that good he would have got more tests but the dude could never kick on after a setback.Bradman scored about a billion hundreds and Headley and Pollock are names frequently criticised or left out for lack of Tests on here
