Probably did win an FA Cup in the 50s, I know it's something like just over 50 years since Newcastle won owt, also I think he meant League title.

My guess would be some crappy team in the lower divisions like Preston North End, can't be any North East teams anyway, they're rubbish.

Nope. They're a current Prem team tho.

Wolves were the country's dominant force in the early 60s under Stan Cullis.
