and if you've got a team thats shi*te what do you need then?
I dont think they are sh*t, all they need is some kicking up the backside....because at the moment they are playing like idiots.....superkingdave said:and if you've got a team thats shi*te what do you need then?
The ref was in fact not stupid, as he had no view of it. Neither did the linesman.vasetti12 said:well i think it is funny hahaha and the stupid ref haha i could see that was a goal from a mile away hahahah that line cracks me up
If the linesman is supposed to be on the 2nd defender (about 50 yards away), how can he have seen it?Neil Pickup said:1) Linesman should've seen it.
If Ferguson fecks off though, hopefully the new manager wouldn't play 4-3-3. Wouldn't work wonders immediately as we now have a Bull team as a whole (Ferguson saw to that) but I feel it suits us better.marc71178 said:Interesting.
If you're going to play the 4-3-3 style, why would you keep him?
So that's this week's excuse then.vasetti12 said:well if you got a team that needs to gel im sure they need time.....
If Malcolm Glaser succeeds with his leveraged buy-in, you will probably not see United challenging for honours again for quite some time.marc71178 said:A club of the size of Manure shouldn't be looking to win the title next year, they should be challenging for it this (and last)

<quack> You're pregnant?
No.
<quack> Pity. I was going to ask if I could be your manager. What's troubling you, oh fat one?
I don't actually want Nothingham Florists to get relegated.
<quack> Now THAT's a surprise.
Don't get me wrong, I HATE them as a team with a passion I normally reserve for the white scum known as Dirtyleeds United, but to actually see them relegated to what is effectively the third division - and them having been managed by my beloved Cloughie, and them having won the European Cup twice when it was a proper competition for REAL champions - and with another two games of the season to go too if they were to lose today.
<quack> I agree. It really looks bad. What do you really want, then?
I'd like them to win their next two games and the other teams around them lose, giving their fans real hope of them avoiding the drop.
<quack> Then draw the last game, conceding a last-minute goal and go down anyway?
Yup.
<quack> You're a cruel man, LE. Cruel but fair.
I know, and it's incredibly depressing.luckyeddie said:If Malcolm Glaser succeeds with his leveraged buy-in, you will probably not see United challenging for honours again for quite some time.

Top promotes, next four to play-off....
I've serious mixed feelings, despite what I've said. They still need to win their last 2 games (OK, a draw and an 8-0 win might just be enough) - I love the local matches against Fester and the Florists, although if Derby go up via the playoffs there won't BE any local matches, all bets will be off and Nothingham can rot.Tom Halsey said:I know, and it's incredibly depressing.
Still, at least the "scumbuckets" look like going down, LE? (Despite beating Burnley 1-0 atm).
