Aside from myself and Neil, CW Red and CWXI demon pace bowler Kyle Wright will make up the threesome that will be enjoying our easiest challenge in history.

I am pleased to be named on the prosecution team. It will be my great pleasure to see justice finally served and I thank everyone for their support. I know there are many people who have our support and I hope I can serve them in the manner they have intened.

im not saying there weren't, but had i been in your position i would probably have chosen the same 2 others, and i expected you to chose them.

Official Hearing Details

6 Rounds

The CWBCC will monitor the hearing as per a judge, keeping order within the
courtroom.
Everything stated within the courtroom will be recorded and may be used as
future reference during the trial.
Only authorized personnel are allowed to speak in the courtroom. Civilians
may spectate, but any found voicing himself/herself in any way way will face
disciplinary action by the CWBCC according to Rule 5b of the CW Cricket Code
of Conduct.
At not point outside of the courtroom is the jury to communicate with the
defence or prosecution regarding anything related to the hearing.
Media coverage and general conversation regarding the trial will take place
in the CW Media Centre. Jurors are not authorized to participate in any
activity in the Media Centre. Anything relevant stated in the Media Centre
may be called upon as evidence/witness.

Round 1
* Jurors briefed
* Names of a maximum of 8 potential witnesses submitted to the CWBCC
* Prosecution states its case to the jurors
* Defence states its case to the jurors

Round 2
* Prosecution may call upon a maximum of 3 witnesses
* Defence may cross-examine the witnesses
* Defence may call upon a maximum of 3 witnesses
* Prosecution may cross-examine the witnesses
* Common witnesses will one be examined/cross-examined once!
* Each party may ask a maximum of 10 questions to each witness
* All questions must be relevant!

Round 3
* Defendant takes the stand
* Prosecution examines the defendant
* Defence cross examines the defendant
* Each party may ask a maximum of 10 questions to each witness
* Should the defendant not be available to start Round 3 within 24 hours of
the completion of Round 2, any witness he may give at any other point during
the trial will be considered null and void.

Round 4
* Evidence (if any) presented by the prosecution
* Evidence (if any) presented by the defence
* A further 2 witnesses may be called upon by each party if necessary
* Each party may ask a maximum of 5 questions to each witness in such an
instance
* All evidence must be relevant!

Round 5
* Prosecution makes closing statement
* Defence makes closing statement

Round 6
* Jurors deliberate for a maximum of 5 days
* The sentence is passed and may be passed at any point within the 5 days
* Jurors debriefed

i dont think that the numbre of questions should be limited, i dont think it will get rediculasly long but 10 questions may not be enough

how about the defence examines and the prosecution cross examines ;)

better give him the date well ahead of time and make sure he is avaliable than...
