Not my fault if your defence agreed to it.

I never agreed. I said I think it would be ok (I was obviously wrong) BUT I WOULD HAVE TO ASK NIKHIL

After prolonged discussions, an agreement has been made (interesting to note that whereas the defence all needed to be there to sort it out as they're not a very organised unit, the prosecution were all in agreement to go with whoever was agreed - probably because we're working as a team - mind you, if the team for the defence included the defendant, all the prosecution would need to do is appoint a couple of Indians and the defendant would be supporting the prosecution)

Anyway the name agreed upon is Mr P.

The defence is just clearly unsure of itself (not that I blame you having to defend one who is such a weak client)

Please its worthless arguing about this on here.. settle it on msn or by mail.. the board will confirm on Mr P being appointment on the jury..

What we need to do now is marc/prosecution team is to come down with a Firm date.. so we can get this going in a proper manner and get the situation behind us..
