Ok then... do I really want to wander down this road of getting to know Steds' family? Survey says no. I'll just change the topic.

Nice weather ey?

Well it's all settled then. Thanks. :)
Sorry if I was being pedantic...in the real world, a defendant can win an appeal if the process followed is incorrect, even in the wording. Besides, we all want what's fair, don't we? :)

Isn't an appeal against conviction - that has already happened - guilt is not at question here.

no hes saying that the defense could win an appeal in the real world for little mistakes like bad wording.

Perhaps a read throught the CW archives would be good for RigarMortis...
I had read the archives Kenny. Having spent some time being involved in a similar matter (where guilt was already proven but the punishment was to be determined by a panel), I wanted to offer an opinion on procedural matters, not on the actual guilt of the defendant. It is unfortunate that despite all his protests and indignation, Nikhil has chosen to continue, when the honourable thing to do would have been accept the consequences of his actions and quietly retired for good.

Good luck with the hearing, let's hope a just sentence is handed down for all concerned.

Sorry, good stuff for reading all of it! And your right on about how Nikhil has decided to continue rather than stepping aside gracefully.

Well-informed. That's extremely impressive!

After discussions between the Prosecution and the Defence, we would like to agree that Andre be asked to become the 3rd member on the panel.

A member of the defence team will confirm this in the near future.

ok marc here is the thing, the defence never agreed on Andre and we are not going to agree on Andre as he has been against me from the start

Not my fault if your defence agreed to it.

Mind you , there's things the prosecution have already noted that make the whole make-up of the defence appear to be those of a desparate person, and seeing the situation we all know why you're so desperate - because you know there's only one just punishment for the crimes committed.
