Q17. Does it have the do with bowlers aswell?.....NO

It is something to do with left handed opening batsmen which never happened in 125 years of test cricket and after it happened the first time about four-five years ago, it has happened about 21 times since then.

QUESTION # 19.9 : Both competing sides in a Test, both had opening batsman that were left handers?........YESSSS !

Thank God. I was scared I will have to ask another question :-O

For 125 years no test match took place with both sides opting for a PAIR of south paws to open. It first happened in 2002 and since then it has been happening so regularly its funny. Australia, West Indies, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, England and South Africa (7 out of 10 test playing nations) have all had two left handers opening the innings for them in the last 4 years alone. Most of them more than one pair. naturally this has led to occasions where both sides had left handed openers.

BTW, this is one of the many questions that I pose here which I discover for myself going thru stats so if anyone finds I made a mistake, go easy on the brickbats :)

Anyone wants to follow up on four left handed opening bowlers question ?

Your turn Archie !!

Two men dressed in ties and tails, one with an orange in his hand, the other crouched down like a wicket keeper. 'Are you ready the one with the orange shouted" 'yes' said the keeper.

What followed was a perfect wrong-un that beat the keeper and continued on down Leister Square.

Back in the keepers flat this conversation took place:

'Are you sure you can pick the wrong-un now, blank?'
'Yes, but not when the bally thing ricochets off a pebble, blank'.

Name the two blanks?
