WTF. It's not a flex. It's showing that due to lack of support he had to bowl even when he was exhausted. Pay attention to the series of arguments ffs.I don't think that's the flex you think it is tbh.
And I'm saying that amount of overs wasn't that heavy as to be exhausted.WTF. It's not a flex. It's showing that due to lack of support he had to bowl even when he was exhausted. Pay attention to series of arguments ffs.
No one said Bumrah is a workhorse iirc. And I'm saying that amount of overs wasn't that heavy as to be exhausted.
That's a different discussion on team selection.Additionally, it's crazy that everyone is talking about lack of support when they are intentionally picking lesser bowlers because they think they might add something with the bat.
Something that has always been morning short of insane.
Bumrah has to have his load managed. To be fair he is still producing comparable worldclass output but I think it's fair to say if you put him in the place of Hadlee in NZ he would be in a lot of trouble.I've been hearing terms like load management like it's the new NBA. I may be remembering wrong, but don't recall that being a thing.
3 international formats and a full 2.5 months of IPL. Players from previous eras were not playing as much cricket. They even used to have a rest day in middle of a test match.I've been hearing terms like load management like it's the new NBA. I may be remembering wrong, but don't recall that being a thing.
What does that mean? Do you think the team making that decision (one you think is wrong by the way) means that bumrah doesn't actually have poor bowling support right now?Additionally, it's crazy that everyone is talking about lack of support when they are intentionally picking lesser bowlers because they think they might add something with the bat.
Oh Yeah, ofcourse the only reason Akashdeep and Siraj are playing is because of their top notch batting....... Can't totally disagree though, Akash's batting has been more valuable in this series than Rohit'sAdditionally, it's crazy that everyone is talking about lack of support when they are intentionally picking lesser bowlers because they think they might add something with the bat.

Bumrah definitely has had poor support this series and it has shown but it's been more of an exception in his career. What does that mean? Do you think the team making that decision (one you think is wrong by the way) means that bumrah doesn't actually have poor bowling support right now?
Ok yes but what does that have to do with what he saidBumrah definitely has had poor support this series and it has shown but it's been more of an exception in his career.
Sorry to clarify he is wrong, India just doesn't have the bowling options and are going with late order batting more as a last resort.Ok yes but what does that have to do with what he said
Garner for his batting >>> Imran or Hadlee for their battingI think kyear was talking about people picking Imran or Hadlee in ATG teams for their batting, not real cricket selections.
It's a shame that you're even comparing them tbh.Garner for his batting >>> Imran or Hadlee for their batting
At least he didn't insult Garner by creating a poll for it.It's a shame that you're even comparing them tbh.
Will Rohit play in the 5th test? The funniest part is, if anything, we are playing with one batsman less withRohitSundar in the team...... I mean, he ofcourse is better than our batsmen anyways.
Oh he will definitely. How much he needs to score not to??Will Rohit play in the 5th test?
I would like to hope so. Guess he has a good chance of bringing his average below 40.
