That's right, we all understand that cricket and the players of earlier eras are unable to be compared to current players. Players like Hobbs, Sutcliffe and Hutton can't be (and haven't been) compared to modern openers like Gavaskar, Smith, Hayden and Sehwag. Same with Grimmett, O'Reilly, Verity, Laker and Murali/Warne. I could go on but I won't, its bedtime.
And btw, I don't give a **** about the whole India/Australia ****fight that goes on in this forum. In fact, it pisses me off to no end, derails decent threads, creates hundreds of posts with no substance. Dravid and Kohli have been two of my favourite players since I began watching cricket, as Bumrah is quickly becoming.
