u know the funny thing about this, i am still confused. maybe i have been working to hard and my brain is just mush.
i have 12 players i want to keep. so who or what do i do with my 6 dp's. do i drop my 1st 2 or give em to someone or what

U will need to trade 2 of you draft picks for players so u have 4 picks and thus can keep 12 players

o.k i have sort of got the jist of all this. sort off
i have i think 20 players left, i need to get that down to 12 which has been done however i also have 6 dp's which takes me back up to 18, so i need to trade some ones crappy players for my 2 draft picks which will take me to 12 players i want and 4 dp's as the 2 crappy players u trade i will just cull

when can i start getting rid of my squad to get it customized? at the end of the season right ? any dates ?

Well currently you can trade players so I would say you can customize your squad now

End of season is after next round (14) games

GB will have to tell you when the exact draft dates are but I guess pretty soon after the season ends.
