Nibbs what marc is asking on behalf of the finance dept is that u allocate now how much of your running costs/expenses you want to put into either singing on fees, youth development and physio...

In the email you got from the FD you would've been allocated an amount (probably just over a million). Divide that up amongst the three in whatever way u want in areas u think are most important.
