Well, while i was away in Newcastle for the weekend we went three for three! whoot!

*Goes and jumps into the car for another random road trip...*

The last win over Aus A was our best performance to date, with both batsmen and bowlers performing well....bring on tmrw's game!

on a personal note i was satisfied with my 35 and 38 considering my fc form has been terrible, maybe its a nice turn around with some good stuff to shine on the horizon.

The whole team were behind you for this - we all knew you had it in you, but it was getting to the stage where we were beginning to wonder if it would ever happen!

Exactly, the batting began to fire slightly better, and the bowling has been pretty good of late.

If we can have both units firing at once...

Good performance there, Sam played superb for his 161, and then backed it up with 90. Well deserved MoM.

Bowling was solid also, with all the bowlers picking up at least 1 wicket, shared all round. Was happy with my personal performance, and I believe i took my 150th FC wicket in that game (please correct if im wrong liam). Wright was solid and economical as always, good recovery from the Smash25 game.

A draw is a step in the right direction, and no harm can be done by that result.

it sux let me tell u! i made 4 90's before i finally broke through this season for one.

yea i used to be the same, got 4 centuries now, my latest being in the previos innings, so it would of been nice to get two in a row, wasnt to be but ahwell

better than any win this round was the Greens win over Aus 'A' that too over quite a damn fine end result

This is the top notch all round performance from the team ive been looking forward to ages.. now its 3/3 wins and hopefully we dont stop here team !!
We did really well to get Aus out for 233 in their first innings.. all the bowlers worked together really well standouts were Biased Indian and rose with 3 wickets each..
We started are batting really well with Biased Indian getting upto a hard worked 90! too bad he couldnt go on to make a much deserved century.. and Cloete put on a brilliant batting performance ive been looking forward to for a long time..151 was awesome good work man !
And good work on waughney notching up his century too and standing till the end.. good support by rose to with a well work 68.. all contributing to a Massive total of 503 Dec
And aus made to bat again were bowled out for 215.. top effort from all the bowlers once again especially hoy - 4 wickets and rose 3 wickets..

i am very worried with the blues commitment to the side, and i believe thats showing on the field. nooot good, cmon guys, pull your fingers out and start playing like the team we know we can be. personally my last game came fresh out of the crap machine.

and now after the moaning - liam man, great bowling!! and stuey, mad batting. crazy stuff in the first innings, just a pity we couldnt support you. and our fielding!!!! terrible...

i am strongly putting forward the idea of having a 7 bats 4 bowlers in the FC team and maybe even the same with ODs because we have some decent part-timers. we really need some solidarity (sp?) and as a team we need to discuss this. theres no drama, we just need to get a plan!!

It was either 1. Sam Vimes hitting you to the boundrey constantly or 2. You were overwelmed by the superior Reds pace attack

I'm thinking a bit of both.

All i can say about my dropped catches for the blacks is i just don't get how i let threw hardly any byes yet a drop alot of catches.

I just got back from holiday, quite suprised to see myself in the 5D team, but also quite pleased, even though i've sucked so far. Dropped a few catches, (but taken a couple), and been got out for one, but I'll work on it. :}
