That is not correct , as Narendra Hirwani did get 16/136 against West Indies on debut.
The record I have in mind is unlikely to be even equalled !! :)

Correct !! An outstanding Wicketkeeping Debut record which has stood for nearly 38 years already and unlikely to be broken IMO. (That's 8 dismissals in debut Test)

Wally Grout held the record before that for about 9 years !! But Taber's name in Debut record is IMO likely to stay for good !! :) :)
