There have been times when Parker looked a million bucks. They've just been interspersed with some underwhelming performances. He's probably the most physically/athletically gifted heavyweight out there, but he doesn't seem to know it and often doesn't have the skills to take advantage of it.

Although I have my reservations about Parker, this fight is way too early for Fury. He hasn't been through the Chisoras and other 20-40 level guys. I think he takes a bit of punishment in the mid rounds and they throw in the towel somewhere around 8.
That's a big call mate. I just cant wait for the fight, though there is still some pessimists about the fight going ahead mainly because no TV has been arranged, there's talk of it going on ITV PPV but as Hughie is promoted by Warren you'd expect it on Boxnation/BT but with not long to go its bizarre nothing has been confirmed.

I don't think it's a particularly big call. Parker is the betting favourite and the more proven man. I was actually picking Takam to beat Parker before their fight based on the jump in quality of opposition. That win makes him a legitimate top 10 heavyweight. There's a massive jump from the 40-80-ish guys like Kassi and Rudenko and the top 10. We just don't know where Hughie is. So many guys look great to the eye test and then it all comes crashing down.

With all that said, styles do make fights.

So this farce on Saturday I mean fight, anyone bothering to watch?
Oh Christ.

I do recall laughing at someone who suggested they would order it a few months ago, while 50/50 on ********* it, now probably going to order it tbh and make a night/morning of it.

I know I will regret it but curiosity etc.

I'd suggest most will try and get a few mates around etc, you not do the same?

Hell yeah I'm going to watch it! It's a joke but it's a funny joke and it's somewhat of an historic event.

Pity it's at 9 in the morning out here. That's no time to get friends over or go to a bar.

Will probably settle for eating froot loops while in my PJs trying to watch it on a ****** stream.

So Lomachenko-Rigondeaux has been made.

I mean fair enough for Rigo, he wants the payday, but everything is in Loma's favour here. Rigo is jumping what, 2 weight classes? Can't see it going well for him.

I'd much rather see Lomachenko fight Mikey Garcia.

Undercard will be on the stream and there are enough to choose from. Watched all the Joshua fights on one without paying a silly fee for it.

If it was at a better time I'd consider it, but probably with a few mates.

As it is it's enough of a stretch to watch GoT at 2am the following day
