imo vettoris the best player and kumbles the best spinner
That's pretty much my attitude towards my Introductory Symbolic Logic class. To demonstrate...vic_orthdox said:Here's a little mathematical equation that I find very relevant in terms of what I aim to get out of university.
Pass = P
P = 50%
50% = Degree
Therefore, P = Degree
But 70% That's darn tight. They'll probably introduce that here soon too - they're already introducing legislation that pretty much makes university a place to rock up, study, and go home - and take any social interaction out of it for us
out of intrest wouldnt you say murali is better than warne as well?Right arm fast said:imo vettoris the best player and kumbles the best spinner
personally i think murali chucks it so i think warneys bettersammy123 said:out of intrest wouldnt you say murali is better than warne as well?
Warney chucks too.Right arm fast said:personally i think murali chucks it so i think warneys better
No he doesnt.... You cant throw legspinners...C_C said:Warney chucks too.
You would like to think so.King_Ponting said:No he doesnt.... You cant throw legspinners...
Did they do tests on leg spinners? Cause i tried this the other day and i found it nigh on impossible to throw a leg spinner as the wrist position is such that it locks the elbow into its straight positionC_C said:You would like to think so.
However, the data from biomechanical tests prove it otherwise.
Everybody chucks/chucked if the definition of chucking is ANY flexion of the elbow.
Simple as that.
The elbow locks for almost every bowling style when it clears the perpendicular ( with respect to the shoulder) but there is elbow flexion with every kinda bowling when you release the ball, for simply speaking, its almost impossible to exert force from the wrist while releasing (during bowling) without flexing the elbow.King_Ponting said:Did they do tests on leg spinners? Oh ok.... thats interesting.C_C said:The elbow locks for almost every bowling style when it clears the perpendicular ( with respect to the shoulder) but there is elbow flexion with every kinda bowling when you release the ball, for simply speaking, its almost impossible to exert force from the wrist while releasing (during bowling) without flexing the elbow.
Again, this is a proven fact in biomechanics.
I don't think legspinners can do it - the only bowler in the Champions trophy who was found not to straighten his arm AT ALL was Ramnaresh Sarwan. I'm not sure if there were any other legspinners in the competition.King_Ponting said:Did they do tests on leg spinners? Upul "it's gone for six" Chandana is the only one i can think of.greg said:I don't think legspinners can do it - the only bowler in the Champions trophy who was found not to straighten his arm AT ALL was Ramnaresh Sarwan. I'm not sure if there were any other legspinners in the competition.
More of a medium pacer, than a spinner.Nnanden said:Afridi?
