Surprising, I thought Waqar would win it running away. The man has the best strike rate of any bowler in history (200 wickets+).

At one point, the man had an ungodly S/R of 36.

Kapil meant more to India IMO. And if we're looking at sections of careers, the first part of his career with the ball was a great deal better than his eventual average implies.
