I think someone brought it up some weeks back and I think it results in disqualification. You can continue as long as you have $1 though..

I'll use my discretion to a degree (and obviously won't accept a bid in excess of remaining budget)) - in theory you do only need $1 per round though so if it comes to it, the last round will have some $1 players.

If it's a tie on bids, I'll look more favourably on the player who's trying not to go bust.
