Personally I just take it as it comes, I didn't particularly plan on having 17yos to train last season, but I got a near proficient early in the season so wasn't worth selling immediately and have just kept training him, got a solid bat and snapped up a near strong 17yo towards the end of the season for 260k. Like others I avoid duplicate nets, I'm all for efficiency and patience which is why I'd sooner give a 17yo one net from 17 to say 22 than give him 2-3 duplicate nets at 17 and 18 and then stop altogether at 20... just seems a complete waste to me.
