Only one pop for me:

Doug Clayton - 19 yo, BT Rating=17,664

A steady player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: superb

Pretty happy with that, might take him off his keeping net and give someone else a primary net. Im not sure who to give the net too though. I would like to get one of my strong batsmen to superb, but i also wouldn't mind giving my 17yo seamer another bowling net, his got three ATM. Who do you think i should give the net too?

Hmm it's tough. Given that he's your keeper and one of your better batsmen (I'm assuming...) I'd recommend you keep it on Clayton to get his secondaries up. Mediocre/woeful secondaries are too low for a superb keeper IMO, and it'd help with his batting (well, concentration) as well.

Tharmi, how are your nets spread currently? Assuming they're the only players you're training, I would probably go with -

Clayton - 1 x bat, 1 x wk
Ellis - 1 x bat, 1 x fitness
Ferrier - 1 x bat, 1 x fitness
Jeithoon - 2 x bowl, 1 x fitness, 1 x fielding

You need to work on their fitness quite badly. Regardless of whether you'll follow that or not, I would stronly advise against giving Jeithoon 4 nets - infact I think 3 is also overkill when you have such other pressings needs.

I took Ellis , Ferrier and Clayton off their nets once they hit strong. These are the guys im training ATM:

Code:
Prsanna Jeithoon - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,448
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, proficient batting form, competent bowling form, fresh
A defensive player with woeful leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: abysmal Concentration: woeful
Bowling: respectable Consistency: feeble
Fielding: worthless

Sasrutha Muralitharan - 18 yo, BT Rating=10,495
LH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, lively
A defensive player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: proficient Concentration: woeful
Bowling: proficient Consistency: woeful
Fielding: feeble

Jason Quintin - 18 yo, BT Rating=6,709
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with superb leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: worthless Consistency: mediocre
Fielding: abysmal
Jeithoon - 3 * Bowling + 1 * Fitness
Muralitharan - 1 * Bating + Bowling + Fielding + Fitness
Quintin - 1 * Batting

Plus one free net...

Alright, well I would definitely be training Clayton, Ellis & Ferrier - even if only to superb. You could have a great trio there and, though I may be wrong, I think superb will stand the test of time for a couple of seasons so they'll be "good" enough to last. Depending on how close he is to Prof, I'd consider not bothering with Quintin, considering the talent of your other trainees.

Obviously if you can get those sorts of trainees then you know what you're doing, but I'd think about going with -

Jeithoon - 2 x bowling, 1 x fitness
Muralitharan - 1 x batting, 1 x bowling, 1 x fitness
Ellis - 1 x batting, 1 x fitness
Ferrier - 1 x batting
Clayton - 1 x batting

And then rotate the fitness nets around. It's probably best you disregard this though :p

I guess thats an option, i'll probably keep Muralitharan on a fielding cus i want to get his secondaries up to mediorce by the end of the season, cus his my all rounder. Im not too worried about fitness ATM cus i have no chance in FC this season anyway, so i will just rotate the two fitness nets, which is what im doing now.

I don't really want to drop Quintin as he is better then the other three at the same age, his probably about 2 to 3 weeks of Prof. going by Muralitharan recent batting pop.

Also how do you guys get your players to quality plus, without flooding them with primary nets, is two nets really enough?
