I think you should set it at a minimum of 100.kwek said:you cant choose how rough you play friendlies
and how low shall I set intensity ?
Does the general fitness gradually decrease if you have it that high? I've had mine set at the default 90 so far.Adamc said:I think you should set it at a minimum of 100.
The point of training intensity is that >intensity = >training and >risk of injury. There are no injuries yet, so there's no point not putting it on 100%. It does have an effect on overall fitness, but I'd think the effect is pretty negligible compared to the benefit of training.kwek said:what? how higher how intenser ? or am i mad?
I haven't noticed it decrease. The only decrease/increase I've noticed has been as a result of GFI/TIE. Might be wrong though - still, I can't imagine the difference between 90 and 100 would be very significant in terms of fitness recovery.Scaly piscine said:Does the general fitness gradually decrease if you have it that high? No. As far as I know, you only lose fitness by playing on GFI. If you played every match on Normal and put them on 100% training intensity I don't think you'd lose any fitness.kwek said:but I mean..they are so fatigued because I train them so intense isnt it ?
