My league 3 match going very very badly:(, bowled out for 63:(. The other team going at 7 an over, this one's going to be over very soon lads.
How'd you manage to lose so badly, lol? I didn't think the league was that tough. Besides, you have some pretty good players.

What's the state of everyone's games i think BT is having some minor problems
Yep, the match engine is completely messed up in my game.

As usual it's a complete waste of time having any batting depth. Just have 3-4 guns at the top and if your ratings are inferior to the opposition they get out for nothing or 30-40, otherwise it's a guaranteed 100+.

That Malik guy of his, averages like 7 or something crazy like that, ripped the heart out of my team. We gave them a good fight until the 15th over or summin though:D. Gotta bolster the batting methinks.

Congrats.

Especially to Brijesh Singh, 78* and 6-55 is a fairly outstanding effort. :D
Yeah, not bad for a [comp bat/comp bowl] chap is it?! :D

The guy sent me mail saying that King was an abysmal bowler.

Delighted with the win even if it was a bit fortuitous, shall have close to full morale and fitness after my TIE cup game which I should win.

And you say it's a waste of time having batting depth?

My number 9 was mediocre-mediocre... I've not once ever seen a result changed by lower order batting other than when they collapse for nothing as happens 99% of the time.

playing one of the other strongest sides in my division, lost to them the last 3 times i played them ( although last year both were ties).

Managed to bowl them out for 241 with about 5 overs left and currently 124-3 in the 27th with my 2 best batsmen at the crease

My 3 key players

Satish Abdul Kadir - BT Rating 27091, 19yo superb/superb bat, competent/resp bowl

my best player by far, fitness is a worry, but his bowling is getting better and his batting has blossomed since the start of last year.

Ken Challinor - BT Rating 7514, 18yo, Proficient bat,

last years newcomer, his batting is improving every week, may move up the order soon.

Santosh Islam - BT Rating 38340, 19yo, Strong/wonderful bowler

My best bowler, though his performances of late have not been what i have come to expect from him, one would hope he will pick up soon.

Heading into my opening league match with probably my weakest bowling lineup in about a season. Watkins won't bowl due to his fitness apparently being stuck, and I was planning on buying a bowler before the match but he ended up going for a stupid price.

I've got a 2-2 record against the team I'm playing, they've basically got one really gun NT bowler and one pretty decent U19 batsman, so if I can negotiate those two I could pull out a win. Mostly depending on my top 3 of Cuss, Wynand and Watkins to put up a good total, though I'm not sure how useful Watkins will be with fresh fitness. Will need Louis to take some early wickets as apart from him I've only got Malik.

Heading towards a comfortable win to start the season - Mackie ripped out their tail and now the batsmen are easing away.

Still, since my side is probably better than them, I'm winning as should be expected...

Blewett 10-0-51-1
Gowshall* 95 (99 balls)
Sugden 24 (27 balls)

Been a truly great innings from Gowshall, guided us through towards the target, we better make it now.

Wooo! managed to sneak home by 4 wickets with a few overs left, maybe there is a chance of promotion this year after all.

Probably playing the other good side next week, would have liked to have a few minnows first to build up my confidence

Batting's dissapointing, bar Gowshall and Sugden, and Bardle, Sugden and Aldred did well with the ball.

Scraped home, bowling probably the difference.

Convincing 228-run in my first league game, I'm guessing it's again one of the weaker sides. Best of Them All XI are who I'm expecting to be my biggest rivals.
