Close match despite the huge ratings differences.

Ridgewell managed to score 98* once and a few other close ones. Suprising for a superb player :@

My superb bat (Wynand) only averaged 52 this season, with his one century being against a bot. Take out the century and his average is under 40.

Just found some proof to show that ratings dont mean anything.

Milton's XI Flannel County
Top Order: respectable remarkable
Middle Order: mediocre feeble
Lower Order: abysmal woeful
Seam Bowling: competent superb
Spin Bowling: respectable feeble
Fielding: mediocre feeble

And Miltons XI thrashed them.

Progress score:

End of Over 32: 160-5, runrate=5.00
Kinsella 6-0-19-3
Kodikara* 2 (3 balls)
Achary 24 (29 balls)

Last Wicket: Richards b. Kinsella 1 (FOW: 157/5)

Going ok i guess, i think their batting line up is a bit stronger then i thought (they are the 3rd place side though). Happy that Kinsella got some wickets, making his league debut for me. Played in the last friendly, but didn't get much of a bowl as we were getting smacked. Hopefully we can roll them for 200, so we have a decent target to chase, but not too hard. still not completely confident with my batting line up.

I would, if the guy would lower the asking price from 2.5m. He keeps listing him for 2.5m though so I don't think it's going to happen.

I've got a bit less than 2mil, yeah. Mainly because I sold Gillespie for 1.2m.

Ahh there goes the 200 target:

End of Over 40: 202-5, runrate=5.05
Kinsella 10-0-47-3
Achary* 42 (45 balls)
Kodikara 23 (36 balls)

Last Wicket: Richards b. Kinsella 1 (FOW: 157/5)

But im happy with Kinsella bowling even if he got smacked around in the last couple overs. Looks like i might have sloved my spin bowling problem. As i write we got Achary out :D

Pushpakumara to Achary
Thats a great shot by Achary, but unfortunately it is matched by a great catch from Rangana and he's out!

Some good bowling from my death bowlers and i rolled their tail pretty easierly. Stevey D's ended up getting 220. I should get it pretty easierly as i don't think they have a good bowling attack. But then again its been a while since we had to chase a score over 100. I think the last time i did it in a league match was against these guys and i lost by about 10 runs. But my batting line up is a lot different from back then. Hopefully a couple of the guys that a recently signed get some good time at the crease and maybe even score a 100.

Pretty happy with the bowling performances of my two trailist Girubaharan 2-21 (7) and Kinsella 3-47 (10). Especially Girubaharan, only got a bowled cus i wanted to trial another 5th bowling option. His only feeble/compentent with respectable stamina. Looks like he can fill the role until De Bruyns (med/med) gets him stamina up.

Ye same for my team at a first glance, mines IV.46, but it looks to be a pretty close league except for the last few, i should easily win my playoff. There doesnt seem to be any bowlers that are better than Kennedy and Jayasuirya, ill jus check that league out a bit more tonite. I think i might give it a go in Div 4 next season and try to forget my pain from last time i was in it...i only won like 4 games and 2 were against a bot.
