**** list.

Laidley would struggle to make the top 10 and Pagan is a good coach when coaching a good side.

Passag, Laidley is close to the worst coach in the league; whether it be tactically, trading sense or leadership ability.

Why do you rate him?

Love the bloke tbh, always have. The fact that the kangaroos haven't won 4 wooden spoons in the past 4 years with the most dire of lists is something which astounds me. He will be a 'great' one day imo.

Hmmmm, not so sure about leadership ability. If nothing else, he's a good 'leader', gets the troops fired up and all that, but the rest I agree with.

Certainly hasn't done anything to improve that "dire" list with his trading and drafting.

Great Birtannia

U19 Captain
Keeping Thompson on....one strike.

Appointing Harley captain.......two strikes.

The Cats' on-field leadership group has pushed for and will receive a bigger say over trade decisions, list management and day-to-day football decisions, including a revolving position on the match committee
Wow that is just jaw droppingly stupid in so many ways.......three strikes.

Thompson will concentrate purely on day-to-day coaching next season after conceding he had become distracted by extra responsibilities
"extra responsibilities" :D

I don't reckon his players respect him. Didn't he walk out of a training session one day, and left Simpson to the media wolves having to explain why that happened.
