Shocking effort there by the Crows in the 2nd half. Too be expected though. Pretty confident of beating Eagles next week, should be awesome.

Well done Eagles.

Indeed. Anyone but the Eagles.

I was pretty annoyed by that holding the ball call that wasn't given when it was 10 the difference, inside the Crows 50. Eagles played good footy in the second half though, and Adelaide were absolutely woeful in the third term. They probably deserved to win, even though I'd rather lose to anyone in a prelim. Hell, even Port.

Three times in five years Adelaide have lost in a prelim final. Collingwood in '02, and West Coast this year and last.

The difference was the Eagles clearing out their forward line in the second half and giving them one on one contests and space to lead into.

If they can do the same next week against Sydney, a lot tougher admittedly, I think they can win.

So ****ing chuffed, tbh.

Hunter is my hero, gunna marry him. Lynch was awesome despite the lack of goals. Very influential for mine.

We'll beat the *******s this time, thats my tip.

Adelaide's last 5 matches against WC = 1 win & 4 losses, including 2 prelim losses and 2 losses at AAMI.

You put $200 on Sydney?
$190 actually, put the other 10 on Aus to score less than 208 yesterday. They scored 213 :(

'Luckily' I had an operation on my hand today and was in the hospital from 7am - 4pm, so didn't get the opportunity to lose some money by betting on Adelaide.

Anyone can pick an isolated incident and say it should have gone this way or that - how about Lynch's kick which was touched a metre over the line that was given as a behind, even though the goal ump was eye to eye with it? I know you weren't saying 'Adelaide should have won, rarara' (when a lesser fellow might have) but **** happens. Part of the appeal of any sport lies in being able to take a crack at the umpires from your lounge room. At the end of the day you take the good with the bad and it evens out.

Yeah obviously. I'm not an Eagles supporter you realise, I'm not blaming the umpires for the loss. :p

It was just a bad call that probably killed off the last chance Adelaide had of winning. Had Adelaide won, Eagles fans would have had every right to feel aggrieved over the Lynch call, as it was obviously a goal.
