    RIP Richie Benaud

For the vast majority of us, regardless of age, he is the voice of our youth. If I wasn't a godless heathen, I would like to think St. Peter would welcome the great man to heaven with "Morning Richie", he would settle down with an iced libation and softly reply "Morning everyone."

OK, I am going to say it. I dont much care for NXT. I had watched some but I had reserved judgment as I hadnt seen a lot. I now have WWE Network and I have seen much more and my opinion hasnt changed. So many matches are spot fests. There isnt any context and so much of what they do is just...

    West Indies Domestic Cricket 2014/15

At the Queens Park Oval just checking out some club cricket. I like this seating. Nice idea, poor execution.

Death Bowling - A Case for the Defence

Given the way this WC has played out, can we now all agree that targeting the stumps is a good thing and not something outdated and old fashioned?

I think Cena is limited and clumsy in the ring but that is just my opinion. Regarding the event, I think they did a really good job. Different bits were pitched at different audiences and it worked. The only bit both I and my kids didnt like was the Rock and Rousey segment. Too long and utterly...

Agreed. While Cena added some wrinkles, he is awful in the ring. Nothing looks like it would hurt. In contrast, Lesnar and Reigns had a match last night that looked stiff as ****. Lesnar makes it look like a real fight and that people are going to get damaged. He is a different class to anyone...

Given how bad the build up to this main event, I cant think how it could have gone better. It wasnt bad at all. I think it was a decent event overall.

Well that with Rousey was a pointless waste of time.

I bit the bullet and got the Network. I cant work out if I am enjoying this or not. My kids are loving it though, even the ****ty Terminator entrance.

Why is Joel Garner so underrated?

Yeah, arm length really is what separates him. I dont think he is underrated but then I guess it depends on who you ask.

Why does cricket need a strong West Indies?

Strong claim for a team who have lost more Test matches than they have ever won and if even assuming that the "entire HISTORY of the game" started in 1928 when WI played their first Test (which of course it obviously didnt.)

    30th Match - Ireland v ZImbabwe (7th March 2015)

I wouldnt call that a great game of cricket but it was special and entertaining. I could go either way in the catch but if I had to choose then I would say 'Out.'

    22nd Match - England v Sri Lanka

After the Morgan wicket I clicked reply and have been staring at a blank screen for 5 mins. That awful feeling that there isnt anything to say that hasnt already been said about him and England ODI batting in general.

    22nd Match - England v Sri Lanka

Well after a fortuitously good start, it is back to the regular turgid mess.

    22nd Match - England v Sri Lanka

Not really. He is bowling at 132-33 which is OK but his isnt in shape and cant turn it on and off.

ECB/MCC need to wake up fast to Limited Overs Cricket

Agreed. I ignored that and focused on the idea of England "prepared for targeting 400+ /225+ scores in 50/20 overs."
