Hurricane/Wayne - Fizzing at the Bung

Our two best bowlers are fast bowlers, so that looks good. Also allows us to pick a medium pacers or spinners in the all rounder positions, without effecting their bowling performances to much. You can basically pick the best two batting options as our all rounders with that combination.

Hurricane/Wayne - Fizzing at the Bung

I like the idea of bunsen, as it means i'll get more game time. Though with two top line seamers, I would still have a bit of pace. Also with a 4 100 batsmen I wouldn't make our pitch too bowler friendly. - 6 spin - 0 movement - 4 pace

Even with all the players out playing for Australia and the deflections, reckon we will have pretty strong side for the first game. Nic Maddinson Peter Nevill Michael Clarke (c) Steven Smith Ben Rohrer Brad Haddin (wk) Moises Henriques Steve O'Keefe Trent Copeland Josh Hazlewood Doug Bollinger

Hurricane/Wayne - Fizzing at the Bung

Feeling a bit embraced about being picked up 2nd last. Oh well looks like a good balance side to be part off. Hopefully I get a few games here and there. I recognise a few of players, but what is everyone forum name?

    *Official* NRL 2012 Season thread

Key difference between the two sports is the benefit/disadvantage of the week off. In NRL I believe the week off isn't always a positive thing, as it does effect momentum. The last time we had this format (95 i think) the Bulldogs won from 5th spot. Many Manly fans believe the week off killed...

    *Official* NRL 2012 Season thread

I prefer this system, mainly because it provides greater reward for top 4, as you get a definite second chance, win or lose. But I also believe it is more realistic for a bottom 4 side to get on a run and win the comp. I much rather be Brisbane for example in this format, playing 5th not 1st...

    CWC Draft

I think in general you will find most people will accept any offer as they just want to play. It would only be a handful of people that might want to play with certain people. The other group that will reject the initial offer is guys that are in specialist positions like keeper, all rounders...

    CWC Draft

How about giving players the option of accepting contracts, if they reject they end the draft as free agents and sort their own contract out. Most likely with the people they want to play. End of the day if you want this to last more then five minutes, it not about the quality for the players...

    Australian off season domestic 2012/13

Anyone know where I can find a link to full scorecard for that match? Brockley? It would be interesting to see some of the other scores and bowling efforts.

BoyBrumby migrates to Australia. Develops gadget.

Hopefully this clears players we have permanently bent arms, but aren't doing any addition flexing. Bowlers aren't judged by the 2-D perception of their actions. Though I'm sure when science clears these bowlers again, people will always complain if they look like their are visually throwing...

***Official*** Under 19 World Cup 2012

Your probably better playing a spinner or batsmen straight from U19s into the National team the a fast bowler. Fast bowlers bodies don't develop fully until they are in the mid 20s. If you played them straight from U19s or early 20s, they will breakdown every 2nd tour. Just have a look at the...

***Official*** Under 19 World Cup 2012

The key is fast tracking them into FC cricket, which India have already done with those two players. Then 'A' team, then full internationals, if they preform at the FC and A Level. Another example of player that was fast tracked and it failed was Kapugedera. There still many people in Sri Lanka...
