Great to see Haddin and Mosies score runs. Hopefully neither get called up for Australia, and they can play for real team all season. Would be awesome if Mosies toned up.

It is a bit naive to think that someone in Sheen's position wasn't be involved or instructing the club to hold off giving Ryan a contract until they signed up the more high profile players first. It is pretty common for verbal contract to be discussed, but then the clubs go off and sign up all...

The batting line up is inexperienced, but in terms of talent I don't think they are that far the other state teams, outside NSW off course.

Rob Quiney Chris Rogers Micheal Hill Aaron Finch Peter Handsomb Andrew McDonald (c) Ryan Carters (wk) John Hastings James Pattinson Peter Siddle Jon Holland Still can't fit in Alex Keath, Darren Pattinson or Jayde Herrick. Got some crazy depth in Victoria.

Would be nice from a silvery POV to have the Bears back. But personally think their is already enough teams in NSW. Queensland, Perth or NZ need more/new teams.

Didn't want people to get confused with the other hack Mitch Johnson.

The problem with WA they are full of consistently average players like North, Voges, Birt, Shaun Marsh, Hogan and Beer. Who do enough to stay in the side, but not enough to win you games. It means they never have really poor season where they come last, but don't ever seem to be in finals...

Why would be be pissed off the Bears come back. It just means there is another side that just there is make the numbers that have no chance of winning the comp. Also means extra games home game at Brookvale and ones less game to travel outside gods' country.

As the story says, they thought taken the burden of captaincy will help him score more runs and focus on batting. The real underlining issue is the fact they selected O'Keefe as captain over Steve Smith and Mosies, as they thought Smith would be out with the national team and Mosies was...

How about we do what we did before endless tv replays and angle, and just accept they referees are useless and are going to get more wrong then right. The issue is the false expectation they are going to get it right.

Hurricane/Wayne - Fizzing at the Bung

As a general rule pace supports fast bowlers and movement support medium pace bowlers. Having less movement doesn't mean fast bowlers are less effective. Generally though in vc4 the quality of different players has more value then pitch conditions. Pitch conditions are more about team balance...

I thought they were both tries.:p End of the day apart from the Tomau run I don't think the Cows looked like scoring. The 2nd try they only scored because of crap refereeing decisions from the strip/knock on penalty. Cows attack was very average without Payne at hooker.

    Socceroos and Australian Football

I would say kalac is from the other example, he spent most of his career at lower clubs as the no 1. It was only at the back end of his career after he retired from internationals that he sent time on the bench at AC milan for the chance of titles and champion league football. Curtis looked...

The issue really is none of young players are good enough to play regularly at club level and either are most of the older players now. We can barely put an XI on the field that are playing regularly from the overseas players and A-League players only play for four months. I agree we need to...

I'm sure if it didn't take 2 hours to get to SFS more Manly fans would turn up. It actually quicker taking double the distance to go to ANZ, then SFS. I'll be there as I was with 15k plus that made the trip to ANZ and made the trip to SFS last year for the corresponding game. The public...
