That probably examples the "man love" between Hayden and Langer. "We can't punch gloves, lets just hump each other on the field instead."

There is a difference between nature turn and swing, and assistance from a pitch to get additional movement.

Well I did list a bouncy road, slow road or turning road; for road that have a bit of movement. You could also have road with a bit seam movement (seamy road). There are other options then just road, seamer or turner. This pitch offer no side ways movement for quicks or spinners.

Flat Road Bouncy Road Turning Road Slow Road Dry Fast Turner Slow Turner Bouncy Seamer Seamer Uneven There is probably more but I can't think of any more right now. This pitch on Day 1 was a Flat Road. It may turn into a slow road or uneven later and there might be result, but Day 1 was Flat Road.

I don't think Kleinveldt bowled that bad, he just had no support from the pitch, as was a road. Tahir was a joke though.

I wouldn't rate MoYo at the same level as Richards, his one of top 5 batsmen of all time. But I don't see a major difference in the records of MoYo, Waugh and Border. The only difference I can see is the countries that they played. All three scored runs in all conditions. All three came in...

i think people under estimate how good and consistent MoYo was pre and post his peak. He only averaged below 40 twice in a calendar year.

Have you seen MoYo overall record overseas, or are you just making that statement based on his Australian record. He has a very good overall record overseas on par with Border and Waugh.

The think is that innings from Sangakkara was after multiple other innings overseas of that class. It was more of just an indicator that he play those innings in Australia as well as other countries like he had been going for 2-3 years prior to that knock. Where as with Clarke is was just...

    Michael Clarke

During his purple patch last (two seasons) he had three awesome innings and 9 average innings, with an overall average of under 40 away. He has yet to really show a major improvement away, just status quo. Though considering there has been very little technical adjustments in his game. Just...

Yep Trichromatic there quite a few people that agree with you. But many others that are blinded by his 1/8 good innings and forgot about the other 7/8 average innings away from home.

Bangladesh picking 10 batsmen to give them a chance of scoring over 300 and it works. Only problem with the tactic is I don't see this side taking 20 wickets. But you never know I guess. Runs on board are still runs on the board.

Yeah, I reckon the accuracy on lbws and caught behinds would increase if they just let the umpires focus on one end of pitch. As a batsmen you prefer knowing a ball is no ball before you played your shot, so you had a chance to play a more attacking shot. It the problem with leaving it just to...

Well a lot of bowlers used and still do bowl so their toe hits the front line, rather then their heal. Those are bowlers that had little issues with no balls. It really is just a training thing and mental thing for bowlers. You know because in the for the last 10 years, every time a wicket has...

They should do the same as they do in athletics for long jump and tennis. Have electronic measures for the no balls and let technology pick up all no balls. Let the umpire have all their focus at the main end of pitch. Never understood why they are still relying on umpires to pick up no balls...

I would also drop Nevill. 20 OD matches with an average of 16 and one 50, he had his chances, both up and down the order. Time to give Patterson, Daniel Hughes and Zampa a run Patterson and Hughes are top order batsmen so there is no need to open with sok. Henry Haddin Hughes Smith Patterson...

WTF this guys is your batting coach: Bob Carter | England Cricket | Cricket Players and Officials | ESPN Cricinfo Bond and Vaas are both better batsmen then him. Might as well let them coach the batting and bowling. If this all the can hire for batting coach, Richardson should put his money...

This is why NSW players should never be called up for Australian teams during the season. They learn too many bad habits and it takes us half the season to get these bad habits after the game. Australian team ruining NSW players since 1877...

Yeah once Dave Gilbett or Sutherland retire he can take over an administrator. Until then we need his coaching. Or they could just hire Bayliss, anyone but Anthony Clark.
