  • Sorry, if someone says 'why are you bagging so and so' I'm gonna reply. I've not bitten everytime either, you've been spamming the **** out of my VM box, and I've ignore most of the **** you've sent me.

He's my favourite player, but it doesn't mean I'm going to defend him to the death when he clearly isn't the best player in the world. I still love the bloke, and he's still easily my favourite player, but that doesn't mean I'm going to constantly nuthug the bloke. Guess that's the difference between you and I, you'll happily nosh on Hayden's nuts till the crows come home, whether you're right or wrong. I'm not willing to do that. Doesn't mean I don't support KP, still easily my favourite player, I just don't happen to agree that he's the be all and end all just 'cause he's scored a few runs against Australia.
Haha. To be fair, Shah was looking like a very good ODi prospect and should have been batting 3 for England in place of Bell at that time, and Watson had a ****house Test record, and was constantly injured. Obviously since then Watson's proved himself to be a far better cricketer, but it wasn't that stupid a comment at the time.

What was your thinking behind the Monty Panesar comment btw? Was it supposed to be a joke? or have you confused Luton with Africa?
Pretty sure I deleted it a little while back, was a terrible article, made zero sense whatsoever. Watson > Shah. That's all that matters. Watson's actually good to watch as well, unlike Katich. I'd like to see Watson opening with Hughes tbh. Bin North, move Katich into the middle order. Hate watching Katich bat.
I know, I even wrote an article about it. Eugh. Shah's ****, Watson's a legend. Happy?

I never doubted Asif's talent did I? =/ Quality bowler, just a knob.
They could only beat us in 1 game though, so it's irrelevant how dominating they were through the series. We're a hard side to beat, and are capable of pulling off top performances at least once in a series. Australia have hardly been brilliant this winter either, barely beating West Indies + Pakistan at home, 2 of the worst Test sides in the world. Shane Watson is gun though, what a player.
I've only been playing 3 years tho mate, next season I'll be averaging 50 and taking a 5fer every game ;)

    Graham Onions > Glenn McGrath.
Haha, I reckon it's a better standard than that tbh. Played a bit of 1st XI cricket last year, and actually did alright, especially with the ball. Hoping to play more this season coming up though, didn't really play that much last season. Had a groin injury for the last month or so, which really slowed me down. I could barely walk after bowling a couple of overs, so how I managed to bowl 6 overs off the reel in the last game of the season I don't know. Got 3 wickets in that spell as well. Hopefully the injury's properly healed now, and it won't resurface, be really annoying if I've got a tear or something. I definitely got quicker over the winter as well, the few deliveries I've bowled have come out noticeably quicker and it's coming out nicely. Looking forward to getting into the winter nets in a few weeks!
Ouch. Average of 12. Even I managed a better batting average than that last season. Average of 14 in league cricket last season =] Me > You ;) Bowling average of 25 too, and I was leading wicket-taker for my side, got a trophy from Charlotte Edwards (England ladies captain) and everything. Next Freddie Flintoff tbfh.
Only just, he had to retire from Tests to make sure his average stayed above 50 ;) Meh to averages, he bowls brilliantly when it counts. That spell at the Oval was just awesome. Was loving it. His average has dropped 6 points or so since India away last winter, so I'd say he's done ****ing well. You obviously didn't outplay us enough did ya, we won 2 matches, you only managed to get 20 wickets in 1 Test. Your boys didn't perform at the key moments in the series, ours did. Jonathan Trott <3 as well.

Cheers mate. Haha, tis abit strange, teenage years seem to have flown by. CBA with MSN atm, been on a couple of times but you've never been about. I'll make an appearance on there at some point.
He hasn't. He'll be back scoring heaps of runs soon, Ashes 10/11 he'll be smacking your boys around Australia for fun.

Talking of the Ashes. 2-1. Failip Hughes = fail. Stuart Broad > *. Ravi Belowpara as it turns out is rubbish. Freddie Flintoff is a god. Graeme Swann is the best cricketer in the history of the world. Peter Siddle is ginger, has bacne, a **** tattoo, but is actually a pretty decent bowler. England > Australia. That. Is. All.
No-one who bowls as badly as Johnson has in this series can be considered an all-rounder. He's been outbowled by Broad ffs.
So much for England relying on Pietersen if they were going to beat Australia then =] Andrew Flintoff is a god, even Warney said he's the best in the world when bowling like that.
    No, Siddle aint that great.

he should get dropped for Clark.

    Or Johnson dropped for Clark..

Haha at the Hawks, from premiers to not even making the 8. What a joke.
Look how great Stuart Broad is.........I'm actually starting to think I was wrong about him, has bowled better than Cardiff but still not looked great. Bring in Harmy!
