Poor retort tbh.Scaly piscine said:Awww bless, he's trying to be clever.
Hey that's not fair, if that's true, poor Scaly can't be condescending to anyoneMatteh said:Poor retort tbh.
You can only be condescending when you're better than someone, quite simply in this instance it's just not the case.

Have to say hats off to the Eastleigh fans who made the trip to the City Ground today. Sang their hearts out & their team is proper cack. It's a long way to come for nowt. Made Cambridge City look competant, which is no small feat. Their best player was the (nearly) 38 year old Francis Benali, which says everything really.
What was the one with the drum doing taking corners, Neil?Poundstretcher said:In fairness, whoever had hold of the drum at the front of the bank had less rhythm than a centipede in the middle of an epileptic fit, and I admit to shouting "shut up" at one point in the general direction.
That weren't the only time I yelled "shut up" mind. A couple of moments before being taken off, he hit a corner from the right side of the bank into the area that was easily claimed by the keeper and he got treated like he'd murdered a baby. What the hell is that supposed to gain for anyone?
"He" = "Andy Taylor". Anyone there will have understood.steds said:What was the one with the drum doing taking corners, Neil?
I don't see how he'd improve things, I seem to recall he went on a very long run of not scoring before he retired and since goals are his forte (tackling certainly isn't, his passing can be good and bad) he wasn't contributing much and should have been dropped anyway.aussie said:http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/internationals/6167234.stm
Scholes considered coming out of retirement. I respect his decision since he is an important part of Man U team, but geez i'd love to see him back he would really enhance the quality in England's mid-field.
