iirc Chappell had a wonderful 112 out of 218 vs Underwood (6/66) in England in ‘77. Underwood in England? Easily as big of a test any of the quartet.
A big but a quite different test. All the 3 prominent members were vastly different in style to Underwood, and the first 2 just as good as him.

I mean, if Sachin never toured South Africa and played Donald, Pollock and Steyn there, by missing every tour, I will think most people would hold it against him; which do sound rightful to me.
