Well we did at Lords with the happy hooking half hour after Lyon got injured. Been so much braindead cricket this series from both sides.Sign of an even game tbf but Australia can hardly complain after having such an opportunity on Day 2 with ball and bat and losing it not really due to brilliance but just poor undisciplined cricket
No but one can dreamIs Warner really going to get the flick though?
Not likely, am just saying what I would do rather than what is likely. Is Warner really going to get the flick though?
Yeah the pattern of the first game has continued unabated - whichever team makes less mistakes, especially ones at critical moments, wins.Well we did at Lords with the happy hooking half hour after Lyon got injured. Been so much braindead cricket this series from both sides.
I think he just looked tired tbh. He's done an awful lot of bowling in the last month. As others have said, a day to forget
Yeah, was surprised how ineffectual he was with the ball today.
And tactically he cancelled out Murphy as an option so Australia had three bowlers and an all-rounder all bowling RH pace all day.
I’m sure the posts will continue. We can argue about them selection for O.T.
Too much information…
wasnt at all conducive to a spinner. Should've played Neser and Hazlewood as a 4 man pace attack. we couldve won.As others have said, a day to forget

Australia lost a test so anything can happen with selectionIs Warner really going to get the flick though?
The week break helps us IMO. For all the talk about England's bowlers getting bowled into the ground, they rotated and looked fresher for it - a lot of our blokes looked a bit leggy out there. We’ll be back. There are still 2 more test matches for us to win.
