Just thinking, if Aus bat a bit of time here and into tomorrow, with Robinson injured it’ll be very hard for Stokes to use Wood in the short bursts he wants to. Makes the next session pretty important imo

His figures look **** but Woakes has bowled well in the main. Robinson been the weakest link, too short and too leaveable early on. Couldn't care less about his pace that doesn't matter in England.
It's been apparent for some time that this England team lacks talent which is why Bazball makes sense, as pointless playing conventionally when you're miles worse so this isn't unexpected. I'd be surprised if we get whitewashed, probably 3 maybe 4-1 I reckon but this Aussie side is just better at every aspect.
Part of long term decline of English test cricket, just focusing on white ball stuff - which is odd given tests actually still make a bit of money but perhaps that is longer term future of cricket.

Spirit of cricket means if an opposing bowler gets injured you need to slog everything to fielders as quickly as possible to deny yourself a chance to capitalise.
