Yep. Everyone could see this coming - except, apparently, England's team management, who decided to persist with the bloke who bowled a **** ton of overs and has had fitness/injury concerns in the past when they had a perfectly good, fit and impressive young fast bowler who could have backed up in this game.

Dayum, Mitchell Marsh clearly not aware strike rate is irrelevant in tests and that making the bowlers more tired is more valuable than scoring quickly
