Yeah Holder gets pwned in ODIs. No place for a line and length bowler anymore I guess. Batting not up to it either.

Don't rate Cummins?

RabSteyn doesn't have the same ring to it
Really highly, I thought Steyn and Anderson were the pacemen of the decade, and third spot would be either Rabada or Cummins.

I'd have Cummins over Anderson as a bowler in reality, but Anderson played 70 more tests in the decade.

Combining CumminsSteyn would leave a certain mark on the opposition, no doubt.

I really try to have openers opening in these teams, as appealing as it is to get Root and Williamson in as openers.

Will somebody who followed cricket in the 90s explain why Anwar played so few tests? Did Pakistan just play dumbass Sharjah tournaments instead?

^^ Definitely the case IMO. Someone put up a table recently of ODIs in the leadup to the '99 WC and India had played nearly twice as many as England. I imagine Pakistan weren't too far behind either. Think Anwar also retired early with some family issues?

Whatever it takes!!!

Yes and I think there were Wasim Vs Waqar politics. Plus he got injured a couple of times. Combination of factors really. And I think Anwar really established himself only in the mid 90s in all formats.
