To be fair, that was a pretty thorough working over to get when fresh at the creaseSo happy with things and de Bruyn and Bavuma remind you of your batting frustrations with them.
Yeah its fair enough. But I'm trying to see players push on. He has got a couple of good 50s this series but if failures happen in between that like they have been in his career his average will stay between 30-35.To be fair, that was a pretty thorough working over to get when fresh at the crease
Its crazy but so true. The team wasn't in trouble when Bavuma came in. That's the sort of situation when he tends not to make runs...
Oh yeah, that's what makes the unconverted 50s so galling, because things like today will always happen and there's not a great deal you can do about it. So you gotta cash in.Yeah its fair enough. Good spells happen in test cricket.
Really encouraging. It would be nice to see him v Sri Lanka.Damn. Promising innings.
I would like to see him play the SL tests.Really encouraging. It would be nice to see him v Sri Lanka.
It's a bit of a selection poser as barring injury there's only one batting spot available. De Bruyn may have earned himself a bit of a reprieve with his innings today, but Hamza's taken his chance and certainly hasn't looked out of place at this level. And then there's Mulder back from injury who improves the team balance with his bowling.Really encouraging. It would be nice to see him v Sri Lanka.
Swapped to SABC.....Is there any reason we need to talk golf during cricket....
