Well if they defend the long hoof downfield at 2-0 they probably win 2-0 anyway so I find it hard to have sympathy for a side who can't defend.

Can anyone explain why Speroni and Jedinak can't get a game at Palace? Surely Speroni will come in for Hennessey soon.

Speroni was a dodgy AF keeper for years, he looked better last season but he's not the kind to instil confidence in a defence. Pardew basically given Hennessey a public 'buck up or *uck off' yesterday anyway

Speroni is one of these cult hero players who, despite having a few purple patches over the years, just isn't really very good.

Anyway, the most hated fixture of the season coming up this afternoon. No doubt Arsenal will lose, pick up several serious injuries, and the derailment of the rest of the season will begin. Utd v Liverpool ought to be funny whatever happens though. Looking forward to that more than the Arsenal game.

You can see from Liverpool's play that they have some ideas.. just not enough quality players to pull it off. Klopp has them at least attempting to play some decent stuff. Van Gaal though..

For all the money spent on both sides recently they are both very average. Obviously can't blame Klopp as he never signed any of the plop in the Liverpool side but he has a big job on turning them into winners.
