End of the day it was a good point made better by City's draw (lol at that no penalty give btw). Gonna save my tears for when we lose 1-0 at Stoke on Sunday.

Ummm, I was listening to Talksport for the Arese-liverpool match and aftermath, now I've see MOTD and seen the goals. Tons of stuff about how awful Mignolet was and not a peep about how Cech really should have kept out that equaliser.

Yeah, the media only really make noise when Cech has good games. Better than that clown Szczesny for sure, but Rafa on football weekly suggested him for player of the season which is really overstating it.

Cech didn't cover himself in glory for the first goal either. There was another moment in the first half where he palmed a cross back into the middle of the 6 yard box.

Mignolet is a joke, he cost us a win as far as I'm concerned. Arsenal didn't seem to be at the races, and were soft in the middle. He let them get a foothold in and almost gave away the match. He is a ****ing ****, I have never hated a Liverpool player as much as him.

Arsenal had their fair share of chances tbf. But yes, perplexed as to why Migs got the new contract offer.

Arsenal had more quality but seemed to just not have an attack for long periods. I remember at 2-2 Mignolet was allowed to take the ball to the halfway line and hoof it into the box- no one closed him down and the team dropped right back into their own box. They've looked completely gassed for weeks now, being bailed out by little bits of genius from the front players.

Giroud so underrated. A bit like I was saying about Mata before, his limitations are so obvious that people miss the more relevant fact that his output is better than everyone but the absolute best.

The reason I made the previous post is because for most of the first half Arsenal weren't even in the game mentally. It seemed like they were going to be overrun, we were right up for it and the goal was the perfect start. Conceding like that is such a kick in the nuts that it kills your momentum and gives the other team some when they were down. Arsenal did have their moments, it wasn't like we killed them. But Mignolet gave them something to grasp to - they knew no matter what, they had this dumb **** to shoot at and were always gonna be in the game.
