**Official** Pakistan and England in the UAE 2015/16

The silly thing is, it should not have needed a wretched world cup for them to figure it out, they were so bad in the 18 months or so before the world cup, the absolute beating India gave them in England should have woke them up, but they buried their head in the sand. The bowling is a fair point, but I think next summer and in the build up to champions trophy you will see Broad and Anderson eased back into ODI cricket, Anderson especially in England will definitely help the bowling for the champions trophy.
don't think Anderson will play ODIs

Grown men dancing while sober. Ok.
haha that too when their supported team is losing

Cabinet has nailed it in England you can. Next Summer, he has Pakistan and Lanka in the tests, no disrespect to either, but this is a Lanka side without Kumar and Mahela and a Pakistan team who will have very little experience outside the UAE, it is possible he will be not be overworked in either series. Heck, England may even have the option of resting him if they wrap up either series early. They should be able to keep him fit enough for the champions trophy in 2017.

Good God Rizwan, I have hyped you so hard, and you have struggled against Adil bloody Rashid this series, back of the line with you.

Pakistan played better than Pakistan, but their middle-order could've shown more maturity after the good start from top 3. Even when chasing 356 you need to change your gears. When they needed 180 from last 25 with 7 wickets remaining, they needed to take less risks in the next 10 overs. In that situation even if you get 60/1 in 10 overs (which wasn't tough with spinners bowling) you'd end up with 120 needed off last 15 with 6 wickets remaining. That's a far better situation than they're in now. That's exactly the difference between great finishers like Dhoni/Bevan with the regular Joe.

I'm shocked too...The article mentions England being favorites in betting sites one day before the match was suspicious. Clearly whoever thinks that doesn't understand/follow cricket. England was clear favourite before the match imo.
Fair point, Hawkins knows his betting though and is reasonably clued up to this sort of thing though.

Possible but 2019 World Cup doesn't look likely for Anderson. The current team is being formed with 2019 World Cup in mind.
