***Official*** India in Australia 2014-5

Do you think the BCCI will care if India get humiliated here and in the World Cup?

Do you think the fans will eventually stop watching and supporting India?

Do you think that at any point things will change and India will finally learn to develop a decent bowling attack?
How will people not supporting India lead to a better bowling attack?

No bowling attack = lots of losses
Lots of losses = no fans
No fans = no money

Therefore to earn money again, India will need to win

And in order for India to win, they need a bowling attack.

Smith's attempts to sweep is single-handedly bringing his reputation back to 2010-11 Ashes levels

Nah, come on. His ashes hundreds and especially the one in that partnership with Marsh in SA were easily better.
Yeah but he's smeared it from ball one here. Looked really assured from the get go yesterday, even when India had that good spell just before stumps yesterday.

Runs against India barely count for more than runs against Bangladesh tbf.

It's incredibly naive to assume that if the BCCI want a good bowling attack then it will be so, particularly in that situation when power would be nerfed by a declining interest in cricket.

Yeah, I guess so. But Warner and Clarke had already laid pretty much the ideal platform already for him to come in and make a big one. It's not like he bailed them out of genuine trouble or anything. Quality knock though... enjoying it greatly and hope he gets that double.

I'm not saying it will happen, just speculating whether if anything will change.

How long can a paying public continue to support such an awful side?
