Not sure if this is a serious post but obviously no-one is happy that City will probably win the league. It's a clear case of the lesser of two evils.
Well to be fair this must be the first time in months they have played the same amount of games as Liverpool and Chelsea.

Honestly the prevailing thought of the lower leagues is that the FA has no understanding of it whatsover, and this confirms it in spades. If B teams can't become promoted and others can, then Division 3 will be a complete mish-mash horror show.
