If only there was similar left-handed, 50+ FC average, veteran batting partner Watson could have batted with for the past 2 years

Rogers generally not that great at rotating the strike, sweats on his pet areas but makes it really count so can get on a roll. My impression is that he competes with the bloke at the other end for who's hitting it harder. Maybe not the ideal partner for Watson because in that way they're similar (whiplash pull shots too).

Yep. Scotland and Ireland for the A team and a 2nd divi county for the ashes squad. England really doing the decent thing by us with competitive games eh? Give me the schedule for the series here and they'd get the Canberra Comets and a few indoor cricket matches.
