Butt/Amir/Asif - Spot Fixing Trial

Scaly piscine

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Asif is like the new guy in series 3, getting into lots of trouble. It's like there's versions of him with different personalities, except in all versions he's a complete ****.

Agent Nationaux

International Coach
Asif and Amir made up one of the best new ball bowlers in the world, so input from them would be very valuable. Not many international cricketers would give up months to teach school kids for free.

Viscount Tom

International Debutant
I think the greatest barrier to them is that aside from that rather Gatting-sized issue of the spot fixing is that neither of them have particularly good command of English; at least from what I gathered in the trial.

Also there is the other point about what people would want, I mean would they be ok been coached by a cheat?

Faisal1985

International Vice-Captain
I had feared that convictions / prison sentences might meet with some opposition or reaction from some Pakistan supporters, but from the odd bits and pieces I've read, I get the impression that the majority view among Pakistan fans is that the trial and its outcome were fair. Is my impression correct?
For the most part your impression is correct. But in some cases people also said the punishment should have been more.....

The Tiger King
