English Domestic Season 2011

This Sam Wood looks decent as well. OTOH Keaton Jennings looks distinctly average, assume he is a batsmen but the coach is his dad...

Thought Subrayen looked their best bowler
Yeah, don't see much of a future for Jennings. de Kock is the real deal with the bat while Price also has a decent rep. Not much seam talent in the side - Rabian Engelbrecht has pace but is wayward. Wierd that a South African sides biggest threat is their spinners.

Colville said he's been at the Durham academy this season, so presume he'll follow the path trodden by Trott and Kieswetter from the SA U19s to England.

Gifted a wicket as I type; actually might've been the slower one duping Woods.
Been playing for Durham's second XI as well. Highest score has been 25 in about 10 innings and he has batted as low as 8 for them.

Are the Dutch having a good season, or are all the counties in their group ****?

Wish Swart would get off the piss and actually make a ****ing run.

Anyone seen Tom Craddock from Essex? Taken a few poles, played in the Huddersfield league last year and early this year before Essex picked him up after playing against him when they played the Unicorns.

Tough game for my boys Derbyshire starting Wednesday away at leaders Northants.

Redfern (who's having a good year) and Guptill are doubts, but I expect both to play. If the weather stays dry, I think we can give them a good game. I hope Groenewald is back, but I can't see it, sadly.

It's good to see Colly hitting some good form, he's got 71* from 58 and still going strong.

The team kits for Durham and Hampshire look practically the same, it's hard to tell one team from the other.

Crap, I knew I'd jinx him if I posted, 73 off 63, still a good knock mind.

I find the kits look pretty similar in first-class games as well, but I can usually tell batsman and bowler apart.

Get Benny up the order FFS.

Edit: Any time he gets to bat, its either with 1 ball left or with 4 wickets down for not many - been left with a virtually impossible job today. It worked when he opened before, so stick with that.

Gah. There ya go.

Interesting move to leave out Khan for the Roses game, though I guess it was hard to sneak him in. Hogg has been in excellent form this year in CC, Chapple is a certainty if fit and Mahmood has been in good form as well. Yorkshire giving a first class debut to a 26 year old.
