NZTailender
I can't believe I ate the whole thing
These two showing how easy it's been at times. Guptill and McCullum should be kicking themselves.
Tis an interesting thought and I think someone brought it up before. 1 for bugger all is better than coming in at 4/ under 100 and he most likely has to bat with the tail. hmmmmmmmQuestion: We know Williamson is down the order to ease him in, but would you rather him in at 1/9 or the score he came in today?
He's kinda screwed either way.
Why yo brushin' ya teeth fool?Kane Williamson average watch; 50.00
Cognisant? Look at the big brains on Brad...Ouch @ Ryder's dismissal, but Guptill does hit straight so all NZ batsmen should be cognisant of that, especially in a Test match.
As a side-note, what's with Vettori batting in the last 3-4 months? Has been incredibly out-of-form
That's just flat-out wrong tbh. He's averaged >40 for the last 5-6 years because he hasn't been through peaks & troughs, but has actually been incredibly consistent. This being up to the latest NZ/Indian test seriesVettori's batting does tend to go through big peaks and troughs. Having said that, I have doubts about whether he'll be able to keep averaging 40 per season or whether his batting might go downhill fast - an Oram-like decline would not be good.
Eh, is it really such an uncommon word?Cognisant? Look at the big brains on Brad...
You're probably right to be fair, my only point was that Guptill is one batsman who is likely to hit the stumps more than most. And disagree. It's a freak dismissal. You could theoretically miss out on 20/30 runs a day if you're not backing up as far as you're allowed with the new Mankad rules - all for a dismissal that probably happens once every summer.
Long story fool, another time perhapsWhy yo brushin' ya teeth fool?
awtaGet to stumps without throwing your wicket away Kane!
Cheeky edit. Very cheekyawta
Indeed, we've gifted them enough wickets for a 6 match series todayawta
