Didn't think Raw was too bad but they need to push this on better than that
Yes. Just hurry up and give them contracts, this whole 'invasion' thing has run its course now. Just want to see them compete against WWE superstars now. Although, I feel that is where the storyline will falter, because they're not great wrestlers, especially Otunga and Slater/Gabriel may really struggle to play convincing heels in the ring. It is interesting that they have properly written off Bryan, showing that it was a genuine firing, but the door is open for him to return and possibly fued with Barrett?

Whoa no, by push it on I didn't mean get it over with. Let's have a full-blown invasion that lasts the year and turns the WWE upside down, i.e. what the 2001 one should have been. Last week had everyone talking, last night seems to have got a mixed reaction but at the same time people are still talking about it - if they do this right I think it can go places.

Still think the Danielson thing is a work, would bet 4 toenails on it

Not over with, just give them contracts and let them be an 'official' faction, is all I mean.

No way would he be fired for being too intense and then the explanation by Barrett being that he showed remorse.

Agree with this. This has the potential to be something great, but I don't hold out hope that WWE can book great long term angles anymore. Wade Barrett is a star though. He's been a great find for WWE and probably the best performer after Bryan Danielson.

Some folk on the web are claiming they spotted Danielson as the driver. Have only seen distorted pics so far. Hyped about it tbh.

Just the various 411mania comments sections, so much dross there though that I think I'd get banned from the forum if I linked

Here's the pic, I'm sure better ones will surface

:D Stolen from WrestlingForum, saw it posted on there earlier. Pretty well edited TBH.

This whole Danielson thing has got me interested in the WWE. I recorded and watched Raw last night, and quite enjoyed it. The whole invasion angle is pretty good, and Wade Barrett's promo last night was a lot better than the one I saw him do on an episode of NXT I watched. As for Danielson, I think it's a work personally. The firing hasn't been reported on the WWE corporate site (whereas Carlito's is still on the front page apparently), his profile is still up (I think) and he was mentioned on Raw last night. I think we'll see him back pretty soon; even if the firing is legitimate, as he'll just be brought back when the tie-incident backlash has died down, probably as a face. I certainly don't think it'll be the last the WWE see of Danielson.

It is a shame this storyline is not continued on Smackdown, is really fascinating, Bryan or no Bryan.

Agree with the comments so far on RAW. Not a bad show, but could have done with being pushed a bit better, felt ever so slightly let down. Having all of the NXT guys chased out of the building only for them to invade the backstage bit again in the next segment kind of killed the momentum a bit I thought, but it's only a small problem. Would not rule out them interfering in the WWE title match on Sunday and get it declared a no contest.
