Really hope Verdasco can get over Tsonga today. Will be a tough ask coming off a five setter, but I guess as far as five setters go that was about the shortest.

Holy Hell, that was a clinic he put on last night. Felt sorry for the young bloke but the Fed's so good to watch when the plays like that.

Why close the roof after the first set of Kuznetsova vs. Serena when they knew the weather was going to be so hot? Why does Dementieva have to play in the heat for two sets, but Serena or Kuznetsova only one?

This also helps Serena, who is a set down, so the conditions are better for a 3 set match. Plus it gives her time to regather her thoughts.

Wouldn't be surprised if she wins in 3.

Big difference between 39.8 and 40 apparently.

Seems completely ridiculous to me.

Maybe. Serena's playing the better tennis so far this set though, lots of errors from Kuznetsova.

I think we'll go to a 3rd.

How often do you see Serena break someone who is serving for the match?

She's so good in clutch situations.

All the women apart from Henin (before retirement) and the Williams sisters are the Davydenko's of womens tennis. So many are woeful under pressure.

Henin was the Queen of the choke at Wimbledon
Won more times than she choked though, although you could say that about most players...

Was still an awesome player.

EDIT: Serena... wow. Great fightback there.

What a win. After being 5-3 down in the second, she wins the next 10 out of 11 games.

So good under the pump.
