Simon, what the hell happened to Berdych. Why is he so crap nowadays?

On the bright side though, good win by Guccione.

Hes not crap he just over achieved early in his career, winning that Masters Series event back in 05 was the worst thing that could have happened to him. He has a big game but is far too tempremental to be a regular top 10.
Having said that still have no idea how he could possibly lose to the even softer Guccione.

Hewitt looks plenty better since before he had surgery. Still not quite what he was when top 10, but positive signs all the same.

Slow start for Del Potro in his first match here, losing the first set 4-6 to Gulbis. Took the second 6-4 though, and is now up a break and 2-1 in the third.

Haha yeh, kinda agree with him though. So much Murray love is just building him up for failure.

Tipsaravic looks goooooooone. Hewitt fought back well and Janko self-destructed. Mardy Fish vs. Hewitt would have been a better match.

Why'd Mardy have to lose yesterday :(

Some of the Serbian fans have been horrible today. Truly bad sportsmanship, cheering faults by Hewitt and making fake 'out' calls.

I rarely want Hewitt to win, but I won't mind if he gets up here.

I look forward to the Serbs coming into Rod Laver for Novak. They'll likely get belted.

Hopefully they keep showing up (and getting belted) all the way to the final, because at $7 I couldn't pass putting some money on Novak to win the whole thing. Even though in my heard I want Rafa to take it out.

Never seen a reigning champion who is also ranked 3 in the world so long to be honest.

His loss to Gulbis in the first round of Brisbane sent his odds skyrocketing.

$7 surprises me, but I honestly don't see him winning. Maybe that's just due to my extreme distaste towards him, but it would surprise me.

Very happy to see Hewitt get up.

Guccione's played well this summer, but Niemenen got the better off him after that tie-break.

Still, he's an Australian tennis player that one can actually like. He's not a **** (Hewitt) or soft (Stosur, Dellaqua).
