Heh - Gavaskar can go **** off and drown for all I care. His opinion on Australian cricket has absolutely no weight any more because of his ability to nitpick absolutely everything they do.

A fine knock by Gilly comes to an end. Kudos.

Good bowling by the SL attack thus far, done well at every stage and kept a great batting line-up on a very good batting deck honest. I only hope that we can keep it up right to the 50 over mark, and hopefully chase something under 250. However, I do have a few doubts as to our batting line-up, like last time against Aus, I fear another collapse.

Edit/ Our catching is making me >_< >_< >_<

aus will be lucky yo nail 250 at this rate. Very achievable for Sri Lanka. Should be a fun run chase.

As much as it did go on for awhile, you have to take into account what that meant to him and the rest of Australia. I am sure he and any other player would do exactly the same thing if they were in the same situation.

Gun effort to keep Australia under 300 with Gilly scoring a hundred. I doubt that would have happened much, if ever before. Pathetic fieldings though. Can't see us chasing anything over 200 though. Watching Kulasekara take wickets is like watching Muburak score runs. It funny cus he should never happen at International level. Has improved since he last played though.
