Would Stuart Broad make India's strongest test XI?

I wonder how much Stuart Broad would average if he played for India regularly, without being dropped. Maybe the next Munaf Patel or Ishant Sharma.

LOLworthy thread. Broad is one of the best players in the world. I'm struggling to think of an active Test-playing Indian who matches that description.

If Stuart Broad played for India, he'd never get the kind of success he has got as England's premier bowler. Even Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel wouldn't be as successful for this team. India's player management system is ridiculously poor, and can turn potentially world-beating players into strugglers.

there is a probability that start broad might make the all time best indian test team. if we go for 4 fast bowlers that is (kapil, srinath, zaheer and broad)

It was also in this thread where Furball said he thought Ishant was the best of the three. I do wonder why he plugs it so much; schadenfreude must trump personal embarrassment.

I said I rated him higher but qualified that by saying that was mostly based on 2008. And my position is at least half correct.
